Step into a day of ceremony, community, and renewal. This day retreat offers the depth and structure of our ceremonial format in a concentrated single-day experience, held as the year begins its quiet turn inward.

What to Expect

Arrival and Opening

Arrival is at 1 PM. Come nourished, having eaten beforehand. We begin with grounding, a brief orientation, and intention setting -- a moment to arrive fully, to breathe in the cooler air of the season, and to meet the people you'll share the journey with.

A sacrament circle

Sacrament and Ceremony

The ceremony begins at 2 PM with a burn ceremony and our signature autumnal libation sacrament, cultivated and tested in the lab for precision and safety. It is formulated to be gentle on the stomach, with a rapid onset and smooth experience.

The first half of the ceremony takes place indoors, supported by a carefully curated playlist and live sound instruments woven together to hold the arc of the journey.

Outside view

Transition to Nature

Around the two-hour mark, participants are invited to transition outdoors. The grounds take on a particular stillness this time of year -- a good season for walking barefoot, reconnecting with earth and water, and settling into reflection. Hydration is available throughout.

Dinner & Integration

Around 6 PM, the group gathers for a nourishing harvest-inspired meal prepared with care for varied dietary needs. Participants may share restrictions during registration, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

The evening closes with time for connection and integration, as the day gives way to one of autumn's early, unhurried nights. We hold space for the understanding that integration continues long after the ceremony ends. For anyone who needs additional support, we maintain a network of therapists, mental health professionals, and practitioners who can help carry the experience forward. Those who already have a trusted support network are encouraged to lean into it.

Accessibility

We are committed to making our ceremonies accessible and supportive for participants with diverse needs. Please let us know during registration how we can best support you.

Our Commitments

Every ceremony is held with medical oversight to ensure participant safety and care. Our team follows a strict code of ethics -- no one will tell you what to think, what to believe, or interpret your experience. We partner with qualified practitioners for broader integration support, and space is intentionally limited to preserve the safety and integrity of the container.

Important

To participate, you must complete the required medical screening in advance.
