Retreats
Our retreats provide a safe, intentional, and well-supported environment for engaging with plant medicine as a sacrament. Each experience is carefully structured to support preparation, ceremony, and integration.
We offer a range of retreat formats, including day, weekend, and week-long experiences, allowing participants to engage at a level that aligns with their readiness and availability.
Setting and Environment
Retreats are held in thoughtfully selected, retreat-style environments that offer both comfort and access to nature. These settings are designed to support grounding, connection, and a sense of ease throughout the experience.
All retreats include meals by our exclusive catering partner, with a focus on high-quality, nourishing food and an elevated presentation. Dietary needs and preferences are accommodated to ensure participants are well supported throughout their stay.
What to Expect
Retreats include a structured process supported by preparation, intention setting, ceremonial practice, and integration. Experiences are guided by trained Guides and supported by medical oversight.
In multi-day retreats, participants may also engage in a variety of complementary activities designed to support relaxation, creativity, and integration. These may include group activities, time in nature, art-based experiences, and practices such as yoga, sound-based sessions, and other supportive modalities.
Ceremonial Approach
Ceremonial experiences take place within a structured, controlled environment designed to support focus and stability throughout the process.
Participants spend the core portion of the experience in a low-stimulation setting, often lying down with eye masks and guided by a combination of curated music and live instrumentation. The environment is intentionally designed to reduce external input and allow attention to shift inward without interruption.
Guides remain present to maintain the space and respond if needed, while medical oversight is in place to support participant safety. The experience is not directed or interpreted, allowing each individual to engage with it on their own terms.
Preparation and Integration
Preparation and integration are essential components of the retreat experience. Participants are provided with guidance before the ceremony and supported afterward through structured reflection and access to ongoing resources.
This ensures that the experience extends beyond the ceremony itself and can be meaningfully integrated over time.
Participation Requirements
Participation requires creating a free membership. Retreat participation also requires completion of a confidential medical screening and approval before attending.
